I like to begin each year by orienting students to their class, their teacher, and their school, by incorporating a presentation that empowers them with information to keep them safe and happy while at school and in class, and also think about the big questions of "why" we're here and what we want to get out of the experience. This feedback sheet allows you to report to parents or compile your own records relating to students' self-management skills, book work, social skills, thinking skills, attitudes, and development of international mindedness.

If you are reporting to parents or administrators in your school you may wish to use this sheet to collect the data and provide a "big picture" starting position for each student.
