I've complied a sample of what would be said at an Identification, placement and review commitee. Some of the notes include possible points to discuss such as strengths, needs and accomodations. This can easily be altered to be used with a student in any grade. (border by Karen Cox)

I use this page to input my students marks for each subject area. Before printing this page, I type in the students' names and then print off the pages double sided. Each subject is separated by a tab.

I use this daily behaviour sheet to help kids monitor their behaviour. At the start of the day we establish a goal for the day and I fill in the blank. At the end of the day I circle one of the emoticons based on their behaviour. This can be sent home daily for parental signature or at the end of the week.

I like to have colourful binder pages for the subjects I teach (language, math, science, social studies, arts). They look better when printed on a colour copier.

I created this number words page for my students to learn how to properly spell numbers up to 100.
