This chart compared six types of quadrilaterals with nine different properties. Students must mark each box as a Y if the property applies to the quadrilateral, and a N if it does not apply. When the activity is reviewed as a class, they can color the Y's green and the N's red. Once the boxes have been colored, students can discuss any patterns they see with the quadrilaterals. My students have difficulty identifying the correct triangle congruence theorem or postulate. Many will have difficulty understanding how to label and read the diagram to determine the congruence statement. I created this resource as a way to minimize these mistakes.
