I use this as a guide for my students to take notes for close reading. I give each student a copy and have them keep it in their folder or glue it directly into the notebook they use to take notes. Often times, I use this as a way to team read closely. One student will read and their partner, or other teammates, will add a track about the reading and then they switch.
