This is taken from Writer to Writer: How to Conference Young Authors by Tommy Thomson. It has helped me track who I have conferenced with and make notes so I can return with the writer to check on their progress. I put an "S" for students who have shared for the week, that way I know who I need to call on to give them Author's Chair time.

I have a B.A in Interdisciplinary Reading & Interdisciplinary Art and a M.Ed. in Reading and ESL.
Additional biographical information
I just can't learn enough about teaching children how to read. I am a Reading Specialist, a Certified Academic Language Therapist, and a Licensed Dyslexia Therapist.
