Behavior clip chart with a frog theme. It is in Microsoft Word so you can edit the document and print to meet your needs. I use sheet protectors and hang each page on the wall. The last page prints on the bottom so you can still use a sheet protector, just make the one above it overlap a bit. I didn't buy the licenses for the background, so it isn't the best quality when printing, but it looks good at a distance.

I have an assignment collector for all graded assignments. This collector is responsible for collecting the projects or papers from the other students. If the collector has any missing papers, it is his responsibility to hunt down and remind that person that they are missing assignments.
