About the store
This is my 24th year in education. I am currently the IB Coordinator at a International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) in Florida. Through out my career I have taught multiple grade levels and courses in Elementary Education and Middle School. In my current position I work with teachers to develop and implement our IB program along with developing and delivering school based professional development.

Vocabulary Games for Middle School 6-8 Dictionary and Word Cards
This unit consists of seven engaging, interactive games to play as a whole group or in centers to practice math vocabulary.
A vocabulary list, vocabulary cards for each word, along with a list of all of the words and definitions are included for each grade 6th, 7th and 8th.
The lists, cards and dictionaries are needed for the games.
Games include printable student and teacher directions.

Experience

Teaching style
My teaching style focuses on teaching math through engineering design challenges, open ended questions, investigations, higher order questioning and student led discussions. I am able to integrate multiple subject areas through writing to explain, vocabulary development, children's literature, current events, financial literacy along with science and engineering investigations.
