A cute form I created to help students observe and think about the lesson or project at hand.

I created this form to give to the parents at back to school night. I use this form all throughout the year. It gives me information about each parent, the student and expectations they may have. It also gives them something to do besides just look at me with a blank stare. Hehe. Hope you enjoy!

I have my kiddos fill this out each trimester. They have to apply for each job and become an expert. Then they have to train the next student who gets this job. I also pay them accordingly each Friday.
