This is a unit I created to start off our 2nd grade year well! I discovered that in grades 1st-3rd, students are really struggling to solve problems on their own. So often they need a teacher or adult to solve the problem for them. I created this problem solving resource to teacher students the proper way to communicate and solve a problem independently. We use this as part of our IB Who We are Unit. Included: -Friendship lesson plan -I-message definition and poster -Compromise poster -Win/Lose

Clip chart to use for classroom behavior management. This clip uses the IB PYP terminology to support the reflection process. Students move their clip up or down depending on behavior.

How the World works classroom newsletter on Balance and Motion. Gives all Unit of Inquiry basic information, activities, vocabulary, summative assessment plans, etc. Great to post in the classroom or send to parents.
