Teaching style

I love creating INDIVIDUALIZED activities that cater to each INDIVIDUAL STUDENT'S needs. Every student learns differently, so our teaching style should evolve according to their needs. Incorporating task cards, adapted books and visual worksheets could make a huge difference in enhancing engagement and increasing retention of their knowledge.

My name is Kristi a.k.a Individualized Visuals. I have 14+ years of experience working with wonderful individuals with special needs. I currently work in the school board teaching students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 with Developmental Delays, Down Syndrome and Autism. I have a huge passion for creating engaging and effective learning activities for students with diverse needs. From adapted books, task cards, file folders and more, there is something for every learner!
