This 4 page packet is a step-by-step process covering pre-algebra skills such as combining like terms, the distributive property, and moving terms to the left nad right in an equation, then moving onto solving equations (including word problems) using these skills. The final part (optional to include) is solving two step equations. All problems are original work and the answer key is included.

This worksheet introduces functionality through the lens of "finding the pattern" and then transitions into briefly introducing functionality in tables and graphs. This is a good intro worksheet. Note: All content in this worksheet was created individually and images were not taken from elsewhere.
