Getting to Know You Survey!
This survey is designed for ESL/ ENL students but can be used for any student since all students typically have familial ties to other countries. Students can take the survey independently or the teacher can facilitate more of an interview by orally asking the questions and taking notes on the sheet.

Experience

Teaching style
I like to break the teacher to student wall and allow students to have a voice and be heard in the classroom. Culture is a very hot topic in my classroom and students are free to express themselves freely with no judgements whatsoever. In addition, I try my best to teach towards students individual learning styles and strengths (kinesthetic, visual, auditory, etc.).
