Experience

I have 6 years of experience providing Early Childhood Education as an in home care provider.

Teaching style

My teaching style is nuturing a child's developing brain during the first 5 years of it's rapid growth. During this window of time, 90% of a child's brain capacity is already developed. It is my intention to empower everyone to take advantage of this crucial time period to engage their children in meaningful play through fun and engaging learning activities. There is no limit to what a child can learn! We ourselves put limits on their learning. "For a small child there is no division between playing and learning; between the things he or she does 'just for fun' and the things that are 'educational.' -Penelope Leach

Awards & shining teacher moments

When my son recognized his first word dog at the age of 1. When he counted to 321 at the age of 3. He was counting dried beans:) When he began to read by age 2 and do addition at the age of 3. When he could tell time by age 4. And so much more! It's been an honor to see what my son could learn at such an early age!

My own education history

I graduated high school as valedictorian of my class. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2009 where I graduated Magna Cum Laude.
