I use this assessment for our weekly timed math fact quiz. It includes 50 basic facts with addends under 10. I time them for 3 minutes and they keep track of their progress in their data notebook.

Interactive notebooks are GREAT way to engage students instead of worksheets! There are lots of great ideas out there, but this template allows you to create your own simple activity. Just add a title and your problems and you are ready to go!
