In this activity, students will use Ikea’s website to furnish an apartment. They have $2000 to spend and must not go over budget. I like to use this activity at the start of a semester to see how well my students are able to complete subtraction questions involving money and navigate the internet.

Dice Wars is a great game that can be used in most math classrooms. This game was created for a high school special education program. Each Dice War involves basic math operations.
