I can see at a glance which students need extra time on a test or how many study guides I need to provide for an upcoming test. This list has been an organizational life saver! Each new school I make a few adjustments to the accommodation list, update the student names, and the chart is ready to go.

I have created an organized, helpful sub sheet so the sub knows what to do if there's a fire drill, where to find the remotes, which classes have an aid, where to find emergency sub plans, who the helpful students are, when to put up chairs, what to do if a student is absent, etc. Change any category to fit your classroom needs!
