Bubble Map (graphic organizer--good for students w/ OT issues or special needs)
I made this bubble map to meet the needs of students with disabilities by adding lines to write on for added structure and making the bubbles larger for students who have handwriting/OT problems. This bubble map can be used in a variety of different ways to organize ideas so that students can use their ideas to write coherent sentences.

This is a graphic organizer that you will primarily use when solving word problems. The kids fill out this page to work through all steps of problem solving and keep their thoughts organized. This organizer is only for addition and subtraction.

Bilingual Take Home Sheet {School to Home Communication primarily for SPED}
This take home sheet is a way to communicate with parents/guardians/caretakers regarding how the student's day went in both English and Spanish.
When I used this form, I taught in a self-contained special education class. I personally liked using this form because I did not like to keep up with two separate forms, so I created one form with both English and Spanish.
***Here is a helpful idea--Get this form printed on NCR paper to send the top copy home and keep the bottom copy in the student'

Sequencing Events Graphic Organizer (First, Next, Then, & Last Sequence)
I made this graphic organizer to support students with disabilities as they sequence stories. After reading a leveled reader, the students look at 3-4 pages and make a decision about what happened. Then they draw a picture and write a few words/sentence about what they drew. This process will continue until the first, next, then, and last are filled in. CVC Word builders--great w/letter stamps for students who are unable to write!
This activity was designed to help students who are learning CVC pattern words. This activity will help with letter/sound correspondences, spelling, and phonemic awareness. Examples can include, but are not limited to: kit, can, dip, etc. The student will start out by spelling each part of the word in a pyramid manner. There is a correctly completed example at the top of the sheet. You can assign any CVC pattern words.
