This is a guided reading note sheet I made for my 7th and 8th grade self contained special needs math class and for remediation for the students with special needs I see in the inclusive setting. It is formulated strictly following the Ohio extended core standards for students with disabilites. It is a great way to get my students to take notes on this unit and to be able to use later on activities, quizzes and tests. It is also a great starter for each time we learn a new formula for them to ge
