This is an excel spreadsheet that helps you track your students' progress on the first grade common core math standards. In the white sections of each grid you can type in a number 1-5. Each number has a color code. I am using 5 as complete mastery and 1 as no mastery. On assessment type, I might type in scores rather than T for test if I want the score recorded here. There is a link on the pdf to a site that has a free printable for double 9 dominoes. This game is played similar to dominoes, only to match tiles, they must add up to 10. The instructions include suggestions for variations and a couple of pictures of a game in progress. Common Core Standards: K.OA.A.1, K.OA.A.4, 1.OA.C.6, 2.OA.B.2

Tenskies/Whateverskies Math Game for missing addends and sums of X.

This is a game similar to Go Fish where the matches are two addends that create a predetermined sum. I learned it first as tenskies. The student looks at his number and asks for the number which will create a ten. The game can be played to create any sum, not just ten. This includes a description of the game, number cards for 1-19, and a response sheet. Meets common core standards for kindergarten and first grade math.
