The Sub Reference Sheet is great to print and complete for when you have to leave your classroom. It provides prompts for information that subs need and leaves a spot for them to leave you notes as well. You can fill out the repeat information once and make several photocopies for the year.
Group projects are sometimes difficult to grade without understanding the team dynamic. Students fill out the Project Report when they turn in their final product to allow you a clearer picture of what each person brought 'to the table.'
