HOW TO USE
1) Change the Subject and Period #. (Reading Period 1)
2)Type or print in student names on both sides.
3) Color code classes or subjects by running on colored paper. (celestial blue-science, cosmic orange-reading, etc.)
4) Cut sheets apart. Our district has a production center that will cut and glue them together so I have these in colorful pads.
5) Recor
Make a PAC with students. As part of their grade, students can get daily points for coming to class prepared (Preparation), focusing on the task (Attentiveness), and participating when needed. (Contributions)
You can keep this sheet on a clipboard to help you with your documentation. Post weekly points in your gradebook as an active percentage of the student's grade or inactive-just to provide notification for parents and documentation for yourself.
