Ohio's New Learning Standards for Science: As with Common Core Standards for Math and RLA, it is important to decompose each standard and give students targeted goals for learning. These learning goals can be printed, laminated, and displayed as an intro to the daily lesson, so that students can read, write, or recite the targeted goal for that day's lesson. Science areas are categorized together, and each "I Can" statement flows in a logical sequence that matches the progression of the science

Octopus Multiplication Game is a variation of dominoes, using an octagonal game board to match multiplication facts with their products. With 2 - 4 players, cards are matched, playing off any of the 8 "arms" of the game board.

Classic jeopardy-style game, using beginning algebra equations, which increase in difficulty as the value of the question increases. Includes links for Jeopardy music to play while contestants figure out their answers. Music automatically quits when the answer button is clicked or tapped. Quadominoes is a matching game designed to practice basic multiplication facts. Players must match one of the four parts of their card to the cards already played. Play until all cards are played for more practice for all players.
