J's Creative Concoctions

This is a review and create-your-own breaking news on human modification of the environment. Students review pros and cons of various environmental modifications, and then do the creative piece! Answer keys and a rubric is included! Students can work in a group for the review or teachers can lead the class through the review. My students enjoyed this and loved the creative piece! The Anything Project is a student led research activity based on student interest. This has been a student favorite for two years running in my classroom! This assignment guides students through the research project at an elementary level. Students pick a topic and are guided through the best way to report and present on this topic. Includes a visual or creative aid component! Try it out in your own classroom! I look forward to hearing feedback on how it goes.
