This is a resource I created to help my kids write about their graphing and data. We used it to make a math summary of a tally chart, bar graph, line plot, and pictograph. It helped them get started when making a "math" summary.

For this activity, I had my students get into groups of 4. They had to draw and cut out shapes on different colors construction paper. The number of each shape depends on you.
