About the store

Taught in both a large urban area and a rural coastal town in a low income area over the last 15 years. I teach foods and nutrition, family development, child psychology, culinary arts, ServSafe manager, and hospitality and tourism. I also worked for the Disney company for four years. I'm an advisor for culinary arts, customer service, and cake decorating for SkillsUSA and had students attend and win at nationals.

Culinary Arts Alcohol Waiver

In Oregon, culinary arts students are able to use alcohol in their cooking. However, a waiver helps the school district and you as the teacher safe legally. Your state may be the same, in which case this template to use for parents and school district will be of great help! The file is a document format and easy to edit. I also suggest using a school district letterhead. If you are not in Oregon, you will want to add your state's law using alcohol in a high school culinary class setting.

Additional biographical information

I used to work for the Disney Company for four years before working as a teacher. I have a great fondness for Disney to this day and LOVE to plan vacations for my family and friends.
