About the store
As a dance educator, my teaching experience ranges from early childhood through high school. I have 7 years experience teaching creative movement for children as young as 2 and as old as 10 in studios, rec centers, and after-school programs. Additionally, I taught high school dance and dance team for 5 years. I have hosted student teaching interns and served as a cooperating teacher. At the end of the 22-23 school year, I transitioned out of the classroom to focus on supporting teachers as a curriculum specialist and professional development facilitator.

A direct instruction lesson for athletes about three different types of stretching and their benefits/potential risks.
