Zip file includes PDF and editable word document versions of my clear, concise, proven station directions and student handout with take-home 'procedure.' Also included is a simple, one-slide PowerPoint illustrating the science of the quick freezing baggie ice cream! I use this at the end of the year in all my chemistry classes, and have close to a 100% success rate. One of my main tips for doing this in bulk is to buy the "rock salt" at home depot- they sell bulk sodium chloride salt as water

This lab was designed to be used in my AP Physics 2 curriculum. In this lab, students will test various circuit elements (resistors, LEDs, bulbs, etc.) to determine if that resistor is Ohmic (follows Ohm's Law) or non-ohmic. Students are given ample background information, then write their own procedures to test. Students are instructed to compare their results to other groups, and draw conclusions. Materials Required: variable power source, voltmeter/probe, ammeter/ current probe (or multimet

Teaching style

I try to limit my lectures in class and create curriculum that is interactive, concise, and effective. In this store, you will mostly find my AP Curriculum- the lecture notes, with plenty of student practice and discussions thrown in. To get a sense of my teaching style- and preview the lecture notes available- please check out my Youtube channel!
