Zip file includes PDF and editable word document versions of my clear, concise, proven station directions and student handout with take-home 'procedure.' Also included is a simple, one-slide PowerPoint illustrating the science of the quick freezing baggie ice cream! I use this at the end of the year in all my chemistry classes, and have close to a 100% success rate. One of my main tips for doing this in bulk is to buy the "rock salt" at home depot- they sell bulk sodium chloride salt as water

Are your students using ChatGPT to do their lab reports? But doing a HORRIBLE job at it? Train them to use AI better and understand how you must feed it good information and edit it's responses to use effectively. This lesson utilizes the AI Chat GPT to develop procedures for a circular motion lab my students were about to complete. They were instructed to write their own procedures, so these gave them examples to pull from. I gave the AI three different prompts with varying levels of detail,

This lab, designed for my AP Physics 2 students, guides students through two methods to determine the internal resistance of a battery. I typically do this lab as a demonstration to save time, but could also easily be completed by students independently if they have the proper lab equipment. In Part 1, students measure the emf of the battery when not connected in a circuit, then measure the terminal voltage under various resistances- seeing it be lower when there's more current.
