For our Easter special at the school I taught at last year, my kids wanted to put on an play with animal characters. I created this play, "What The Animals Thought" to share the story of Jesus' death and resurrection through the perspective of livestock. This presentation I created is intended as a review and can be with units on biology, geography, and ecosystems. There is a rainforest creature for each letter of the alphabet. Each slide displays the letter and three facts about the animal. The students can make a guess or determination about the animal; with a click, you can see the picture of the animal. This invoice template is designed to help you keep track of what each family owes. The first page of the template has an activity details heading. The second page of the template includes attendance fees and subsidy coverage in case a child receives in state funding. I use it for my after school program; issuing the invoices directly to parents. It is used in conjunction with the Billing and Payment Tracking Log, which is another listing I have available.

This log is designed to help you keep track of what each family owes, receives in state funding (if applicable) and pays for childcare at your program. This sign out sheet is intended to track the students who attend your program on a given day, verified by the parent/guardian upon signing in and out. It is a useful tool for accurate billing if your program charges parents directly. I also have a listing for an after school sign out sheet available. I created this test to accompany my "Creatures of the Rainforest" presentation. The test consists of multiple choice, matching, and short answer questions. Images are included. There is an answer key following the first two pages of the test. All answers can be found in the presentation as well.
