I use this template to keep track of which students have paid for upcoming field trips. It is an editable Google Doc and you may modify it to add student names, the activity, date, location and price/amount owed.

I created this attendance chart to keep my absences and tardies organized. My class had seven students, so there are spaces for seven names on the left hand side. This sign out sheet is intended to track the students who attend your after school program on a given day, verified by the parent/guardian upon signing out. It is a useful tool for accurate billing if your program charges parents/guardians directly. I also have a listing for a preschool sign in and out sheet available. I use this to inform visitors, parents and staff members of allergies and food sensitivities that are present in our classroom. This is an editable Google Doc; the space below Allergies and Food Sensitivities is for you to put in the information that is specific to your class. I post this information of the classroom fridge and on our classroom door (depending on severity). You could also send home a copy of this form at the beginning of the year for parent information regarding snacks/treats.
