My shopping list allows for kids to make a list for up to 12 items and list the price of each product next to each item. When shopping they "check off" each item in the box once they have it...then they can add it up and come up with the subtotal...then they can figure out the tax and add it to their subtotal for their shopping total.

Directions I have my students buy their own snack that they bring in from home. This takes away any concerns about allergies and having food in your classroom. I used this with my life skills class on the smart board but also handed out as worksheets for them to follow along with & do at their seats.
