This product includes 60 different sentence starters for young writers to begin forming their own sentences. Students will use the sentence starters such as I like the ____ or We can see ____ to begin writing. I would suggest printing these on colored paper, laminating, and putting them on a ring for durability. These are great for a writing center, whole group instruction, journal writing, etc.

These are sentences meant to be read by early readers. All the sentences included contain only sight words, CVC words, and a few consonant blends. This product is meant to be used in small group, writing stations, whole group, or independent reading time.
