This is a visual schedule. It has pictures to show what a student should do first and what they do after or what reward they can receive when they accomplish a task. I use this visual schedule with students of mine which have Autism; Asperger's Syndrome

This Social Story teaches students how sometimes they want to be first and how it is okay if they are not first to in call to be called or to finish their work. It gives them strategies on how to deal with not always being first and explains to them why they cannot always be the first to do everything.

Chart Behavior Visual Schedule this visual chart in the first box "If I" part you put what the student needs to do first like Reading and "Then I" part you tell the student what they will do next like get a break. So if the student struggles with Reading then this is a good incentive chart to reinforce an expected behavior.
