The shapes activity and progress monitoring file folder in an excellent way to provide students with practice identifying shapes and a way for teacher’s to easily monitor student progress in identifying the following 8 shapes: oval, circle, rectangle, star, diamond, triangle, heart, & square.

Teaching style
I believe that students learn best by actively engaging during the lesson being taught. When teaching I provide direct instruction, guided practice, modeling of the desired skill(s), frequent feedback, and immediate error correction in order to provide my students with the best possible instruction.
