It can be used to track students results in the module assessments.you can input students results of the module assessments(performance task, mid unit assessment, end of unit assessment) there is an area for next steps and an area for parents to sign.

This is an excel file that can be used with the Teachers College Narrative rubric.This was made using the 5th grade TC narrative rubric.I am not sure if the point system changes for other grades. When using the excel file you can input the scores of each student and the cells will change in color and the score will be calculated. I use this to look at whole class needs.
