I use this with my kindergartners to have them practice sight words and sentences. Students will cut and paste the sight words to make sentences. It also provides reinforcement about beginning with a capital letter and ending with a period.
I use this writing paper to teach my kinder students about touching the lines when writing. The top line is the sky, bottom line is the grass and the middle line has bees on it. I helps them remember where to start when writing uppercase and lowercase letters and not to go over the lines.
I use this worksheet as weekly homework for my kindergartners. Students have to write the letter of the week, draw 3 things that begin with the letter of the week , write our sight word for the week and read a book. I find this is an easy way to send homework every week. I only fill in the letter and the sight word for each week.
