Experience
I have been a GenEd teacher for 12 years in a Title 1 building. I taught 6th grade for 1 year, 4th grade for 7 years, and PreK-5th grade library for the last 4 years.
My own education history
I got my 4-year bachelors in middle childhood education with concentrations in social studies and language arts in 2012. I then went on to get my master's in education with a reading endorsement in 2014. I also became a Nationally Board Certificated Teacher as a Library Specialist in 2024.
