Teaching style

My teaching style focuses on creating engaging, literacy-rich learning experiences that support each student’s unique communication needs. I incorporate visual supports, language-building strategies, and accessible materials to help students develop strong language and literacy skills. I strive to create learning environments where all students can access, understand, and connect with content.

My own education history

I hold a Master’s degree in Deaf Education and a Bachelor’s degree in English – Creative Writing. I am also a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist (LSLS) – Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist (AVT).
