I have looked at many exit slips for reading on TPT. I have not found any that really meet the needs of my class. If I give my students a what were you thinking exit slip, I get all kinds of stuff that has nothing to do with what they read even though we have discussed and practiced thinking while we are reading. These are a variety of cause and effect foldables that can be used in interactive reading notebooks.

This is a graphic organizer to use while reading a book to the class to practice visualization. There are four boxes to draw their initial visualization and then make changes three more times during the reading of the story.

These are three different compare and contrast foldables for interactive math notebooks. I like to have different ways to have similar things represented in the notebooks, so I made two versions of each compare and contrast foldable. I hope you enjoy. Please rate and give feedback.
