This is a one page All About Me math project. You can use this as a whole class project, as an assessment, or with particular students you think could handle it as an additional math project outside of the classroom setting. The questions pertain to each individual student, so each child will use different numbers for their project. The All About Me math project goes along with Common Core standards, tying a variety of skills together that the children should be learning.

This editable fall conference schedule can be adjusted to your needs. I have included three days with 15 minute time schedules. Use it this way, or make it your own.
