Galapagos Finch Lab: Evolution and Adaptation: Differentiated (2 levels)
Great quick lab to reinforce structural adaptations. Students use plastic forks, knives, and spoons as "beak types" to see which "bird" would be the "fittest" and to determine what would happen to the birds with the "other beaks." This a great Primary Source DBQ activity that can be used when studying the Reformation. This document takes excerpts from Martin Luther’s 95 Theses and asks different levels of DBQs.
