This document is used when I conference with my students about their i-Ready data. I find that students put forth more effort when they are aware of their progress and are have ownership of the data. I keep one of these for each student in my data binder, and every time they complete an i-Ready assessment, we conference over the results. Students beg to do this project several times a year and reflect on it as one of the most memorable activities of the year. Students (or teachers) pick a vocabulary word (or a word from a current Social Studies, Science topics) and then create a costume to represent it, as well as fill out a brief worksheet.
