This document has 2 similar spelling word activities. Each activity is designed for 20 spelling words. The first 2 pages has a table for students to: write the spelling word twice, draw a picture of the word, and then create a sentence using the word. The second 2 page has a similar table for students to: write the spelling word twice, draw a picture of the word, and then define the word using the dictionary.

Takes the origins of Rome to Republic to Empire in 41 events. The events are broken into 3 groups: Origins/Foundation of Rome (9 events), Rome as a Republic (16 events), and Rome as an Empire (16 events). Each sheet contains 2 sets for students to cut out and put in order. There is also a page for all the events together and an answer key.

To help my students be organized, I use this cover sheet with each chapter/unit I teach. The students write down all the assignments (notes, homework, labs, classwork, projects, etc.) that go into the unit and should be in their binder. The parents love this since they can see automatically what their kids have been studying, what we have been doing, and that I'm teaching a way to be organized. This helps them stay organized.
