I was the recipient of the Madeleine Maraldi Award for Teaching Excellence in 2017. This was a network-specific award that is given to teachers who rated highly effective based on classroom observations and an interview panel.

My own education history

I have degrees in Special Education and Elementary Education, as well and secondary education with a focus in English instruction.
