Learning with LEGO Bricks

This interactive lesson is designed for Jr. Engineers to explore the ocean habitat. The class introduces students to a variety of marine life, including whales, dolphins, jellyfish, sea turtles, octopuses, seahorses, crabs, eels, sharks, manta rays, and starfish. Lesson Structure The class is structured into three main interactive segments: Storytime: A suggested reading of the children's book "Commotion in the Ocean" by Giles Andreae to introduce the theme. This is an interactive lesson plan designed to teach preschool-aged children what a habitat is. It defines a habitat as a place where an animal lives that provides all the food and shelter it needs to survive. Lesson Structure The class is broken down into three main components: Story Time: A suggested reading of the book "What's Your Habitat?" by Sarah Leidhold.
