Data collection sheet for IEP goals
No more desks full of bulky notebooks and flipping pages to take data during lessons! This data sheet goes right on a student's desk and makes data collection convenient and consistent. This sheet can be personalized for each goal then laminated and taped to a student's desk for easy access during lessons by everyone. It also includes a prompting sequence for reference. Write on the lamination with a wipe-off marker and once it is full, the data can be transferred into the student's spreadsheet

Animal and Plant Diversity Walk
These are Excel charts for students to fill out on a walk though the school, playground, or outside area. It asks for different characteristics for individual animals and/or plants. After returning to the classroom have students compare and contrast their findings to understand diversity. They can also be used as an introduction to adaptations.
