This file contains three quizzes for third grade science: properties of matter, states of matter, and changing states of matter. Each quiz is 10 questions and has an answer key to go with it! The quizzes are made up of different answer types (multiple choice, true/false, short answer, and fill in the blank) but can be altered as needed! I use these quizzes at the end of the week, and they align with the matter vocabulary foldable for student journals.

I use these math vocabulary charts in each unit to help students work through word problems. Through repetition and consistently referring back to the vocabulary for each operation, students are able to determine which operation is needed to solve problems! There are also area and perimeter pages with the formula, as well as bigger and smaller charts used to help students determine which operation to use for problem solving.

I use these in math for students to practice modeling, and comparing fractions! With the strip models, students are able to compare two different fractions when stacked, or side by side. The circle models allow for students to represent their fractions and see the difference in how fractions can be modeled. This product is useful for personalizing journals and giving students more ownership in their work. When I was self-contained I used these to help students keep track of which journal corresponded with each subject so that they were always working in the correct journal. Students enjoy decorating the front to make it their own! As a departmentalized teacher, these help with keeping journals separated and students are easily able to find their journals based on the cover!

I use these classroom accommodations for students who receive math charts for testing/classroom supports. This set includes a hundreds chart, number lines, tic-tac-toe boards, place value charts, and a page to keep up with which students receive which accommodations.

These bookmarks are completely editable! I use them as both bookmarks and placeholders for books in my classroom library. Whenever a student pulls a book off the shelf, they place their bookmark as a placeholder to help with keeping the books alphabetized. Kids also love receiving a personalized bookmark that they are able to take home with them at the end of the year! I print these on colored CardStock then laminate them so that they do not fall apart throughout the year!
