I use these math vocabulary charts in each unit to help students work through word problems. Through repetition and consistently referring back to the vocabulary for each operation, students are able to determine which operation is needed to solve problems! There are also area and perimeter pages with the formula, as well as bigger and smaller charts used to help students determine which operation to use for problem solving.
