I created this to use as a resource for teaching about multiplicative comparison. My students love the opportunity to be able to move around during this activity. I hope you can use it in your classroom as well.
I created these vocabulary cards to go along with some I already previously purchased (from GingerSnaps). Our school uses Investigations Math, which has some additional graphing vocabulary, along with the common core vocabulary. I wanted my vocabulary words from Investigations to match the ones I already had, so this is what I came up with. I hope that these can benefit the students in your classroom as well! Thanks and enjoy!
I created this math assessment to use in my classroom in order to assess my students on standard 3.NBT.2. It can be used as a quick assessment to see who has mastered the standard. Feel free to use it however it best serves the needs in your classroom.
These tasks cards are good to reinforce student practice with two digit by one digit multiplication. I used the task cards as a scoot game. The kids loved it!! Hope you can find this resource valuable in your classroom as well. Thanks!
I created this sheet to use as a homework assignment in my class. You could also use it as a warm-up activity or as an assessment for this standard. I hope you find this to be a valuable resource that you can use in your classroom.
I created these task cards to give my students more practice working with division. Since it was close to Halloween when I created them, I stuck with a Halloween theme. My students have really enjoyed working with these. They can be used in a center, extra practice, group work, or as a scoot game. There is a variety of ways to use these. I hope that you will find them useful in your classroom. **Answer Key is included If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at leighvip1@
I created this activity for my students as reinforcement after teaching a unit on prime and composite numbers, factors and multiples. There is a number match with prime or composite, and an activity sheet for factors and multiples. I hope that you will be able to benefit from this in your classroom.
Enjoy!
Here is another set of math charts that I created to go along with our multiplication unit. Words included are multiplication, multiple, array, and product. I love using charts like these, because I believe they are great visuals for the students. These charts are meant to compliment the original freebie math charts. Thanks!
These are task cards I created to give my students extra practice in reading and writing numbers. I hope that you will find them useful in your classroom as well.
This is a 3 problem quick assessment for 4th Grade Common Core Standard 4.NBT.6. Students should be able to solve these problems using a variety of different strategies.
I created these cards to help my lower level students. I felt they needed more work with bar graphs before moving on to trying to construct them. These can be left as is, or cut apart and laminated for durability. I have included a recording sheet and an answer key. Thanks!
I made these for my class when we were taking daily multiplication quizzes. If the students made a 100 on their practice quiz, they received a certificate and did not have any multiplication homework. This work really well as an incentive. What kid doesn't want to skip some homework??
These are charts I created to use in my classroom to help students with factors and prime numbers. Great visual for students! I hope you will enjoy it and be able to use it in your classroom.
