How to Use This Product
The purpose of this classroom management model is to provide students with a daily way to track their behavior and academic effort, while providing the students with rewards for meeting their goals. Students and teachers focus the reward system on the following:
The way a student interacts with other students
The way a student interacts with the teacher
The effort the student puts toward academics
A student’s ability to be respectful
Every day each student starts with
This form helps students take their reading progress into their own hands! Students and teachers can use this form to track what is being read, how well a student is doing on AR tests, and how well a student is reading at his or her grade level. This is a great document to use if you want a student to develop a personal reading goal for a short time or for a whole school year!

Additional biographical information
I have been the PLC leader for 8th grade English at Falling Creek Middle School in Richmond, Virginia for five years. I have lead the way in reform at our school in order to introduce a Reading Initiative across grade levels and curriculum.
